Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 27, 2026, starting at 7:00pm at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315.
The purpose of the first public hearing is to consider the re-zone request at 3051 S 5100 W for Tana Gooch. The rezone request is to go from R1 to R2 at parcel 15-525-0004 and 15-252-0003.
The purpose of the second public hearing is to consider a rezone request at 5271 W 4600 S for Bridger Smith. The rezone request is to create a half-acre lot with a previously existing home on it. The purpose is to separate the home from the agriculture land.
The purpose of the third public hearing is to consider a rezone request and general plan amendment at approximately 4700 W and 5500 S for Terra Strada LLC. The proposed request is from R1 zone to C2, PUD, R2, and R3 zone.
