Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct public hearings as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. In the following order: 1. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 4 Health and Sanitation, Chapter 7 Health Regulations Generally, ADDING 'Section 6 Smoking Prohibited in City parks, recreational Areas, and Cemeteries, and near Mass Gatherings'. 2. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, amending the sign ordinance in title 10 Land Use Regulations, Chapter 40 Signs, and Chapter 62 Definitions.
