PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Central Utah Water Conservancy District will hold a hearing to receive public comment regarding the District's Fiscal Year 2026-2027 budget on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. This hearing will be conducted in person and via electronic broadcast at the District Headquarters, 1426 E 750 N, Orem, Utah 84097.
This hearing is to receive public comment on the District's proposed 2026-2027 Fiscal Year Budget. The budget can be inspected at least seven days before adoption at the District's office in Orem, Utah or on the District's website at www.cuwcd.gov. Any questions can be directed to Bronson Stewart, District Controller, 801-226-7100.
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE PUBLIC COMMENTS
To comment, you may do any of the following:
- Attend the Final Budget Hearing in person
o Wednesday, August 26 at 1:00 PM at 1426 E 750 N, Orem, UT 84097
o You will sign in on the sign-in sheet and will be called on to make your comments during the public comment portion of the hearing
- Send an email
o Send an email to landerson@cuwcd.gov before noon on Tuesday, August 25th to be read during the Final Budget hearing
o Your comments will be read during the public comment portion of the hearing
- All Comments, are limited to three minutes per speaker or comment, or as modified by the Board
