Request for Proposals Fire Training Facility
The Brigham City Fire Department (Department or BCFD) will be accepting proposals from qualified contractors (Proposer) to design and construct a fire training facility meeting the guidelines listed in the RFP documents at https://www.bcutah.gov/page/bid-opportunities.
All inquiries related to this RFP are to be directed, in writing via email, to Assistant Chief Jeremie Poppleton at jpoppleton@bcutah.gov. All inquiries must be received by 5:00 PM MST, Friday, August 21, 2026. Inquiries will be answered via email. Information obtained from any other source is not official and should not be relied upon by respondents.
Proposal must be received no later than 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on August 27, 2026. Proposals received after this time and date will not be considered. Faxed or electronic proposals will not be accepted. Proposals must be submitted to:
