Pursuant to the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, public notice is hereby given that
Meadow Town Council will hold a meeting on Monday August 17, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the
Meadow Town Firehouse.
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Opening Ceremonies
2. Review of minutes: Town Council meeting from 07/20/2026 and Emergency meeting
held on 08/07/2026
3. Declaration of conflicts with or personal interest in any agenda items
4. Public comments: Issues and/or matters to be discussed and expressed by the public.

5. Public agenda topics (time allocations for presentations is seven minutes. Additional
time may be allocated to the topic as determined by the Town Council and/or Mayor to
address questions or follow up with a presentation).
