OGDEN VALLEY PLANNING COMMISSION HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Ogden Valley City will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 25 at 6:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider changes to the following:
- Chapter 104-10 Shoreline Zone S-1
Location of Hearing:
Huntsville Town Office
7474 E 200 S
Huntsville, UT 84317
Proposal/Project Information:
The proposed changes include modifications to the allowed maximum building height in the Shoreline Zone.

Public Hearing Agenda:
a. Review and provide a recommendation to City Council on amendments to 104-10 Shoreline Zone S-1.

All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing to express their opinions or submit written comments. Written comments may be submitted prior to the hearing by August 24th at planning@ogdenvalleyut.org or at the Huntsville Town Office at 7474 E 200 S, Huntsville, UT during office hours:
Monday and Wednesday 9am to 1pm
Thursday 1pm to 5pm
