NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Stansbury Park Improvement District will hold its Board Meeting on August 18, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at the Stansbury Park Office, 30 Plaza. One of the three Board Members may participate in and join the Board Meeting electronically. The agenda will be as follows:
1. CALL TO ORDER
2. APPROVE CHANGE ORDER FOR VILLAGE BLVD. PHASE 1 SEWER IN THE AMOUNT OF $110,484.48. AND DISCUSS SILVER SPUR COST FOR SEAL COAT OF VILLAGE BLVD. PHASE 1 TO SEE IF SPID WILL HELP SHARE IN THIS COST.
3. DISCUSS POSSIBLE APPROVAL OF POTENTIALLY REMOVING THE STANSBURY SERVICE AGENCY MINIMUM BILLING ON IRIGATION METERS DURING WINTER MONTHS WHEN IRRIGATION SYSTEMS ARE OFF.
4. MANAGER OPERATION REPORT
5. JULY WATER AUDIT REPORT
6. APPROVE MEETING MINUTES OF JULY 21, 2026
7. APPROVE FINANCIALS & WARRANTS
8. PETITIONS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND PUBLIC COMMENT
