- Notice of Public Hearing for Planning Commission Notice is hereby given that The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing during their regular meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. on August 27, 2026 in the City Council Chambers, 319 S. Saratoga Road, Saratoga Springs UT 84045, on the following: 1. Andover Rezone from Agricultural to R1-9 (Residential Single Family, 9,000), located at approximately northeast of Clark Drive and Pony Express Parkway. Scott Carson as applicant. 2. Amendment to Title 19 Land Development Code of the City of Saratoga Springs, Chapter 19.20 - Internal Accessory Dwelling Units (IADUs). The proposed amendment establishes regulations for detached accessory dwelling units (DADUs), in accordance with recent changes to Utah State Code. Citywide. City-Initiated. 3. Amendment to Title 18, Building and Construction Code, Chapter 18.02 - Flood Damage Prevention. The proposed amendment would update the City's floodplain development requirements, including increasing the required elevation of structures above the floodplain and providing a permitting process and flowchart for projects involving Letters of Map Revision (LOMR) and hydraulic analyses.
