IVINS CITY COUNCIL AND PLANNING COMMISSION JOINT WORK MEETING AGENDA Mayor Kevin Smith City Council Members Sharon Barton Sharon Gillespie Dillon Hurt Wayne Pennington Mike Scott City Manager Chuck Gillette August 20, 2026 The Ivins City Council and Planning Commission will hold a Joint Work meeting in the City Council Chambers, 85 N. Main St., Ivins, UT, on Thursday, August 20, 2026. The meeting will begin at 8:00 A.M. in the City Council Chambers and then proceed on-site to Guy Lane and Fitness Way in Ivins, UT. NOTICE: This meeting will be held in person. A live audio feed will be available for the first portion of the meeting and for the latter portion of the meeting when the Mayor and City Council reconvene in the Council Chambers after the on-site visit. One may access that by going to www.ivinsutah.gov under 'Upcoming Events'. When the meeting is live, it will reflect 'In Progress' - click on the 'In Progress' link to listen to the meeting. Audio of the meeting will be available after the meeting has concluded. The link for electronic participation is: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81761679800- Zoom will not be available during the on-site visit, nor will any other audio or video. Audio of the on-site meeting may be uploaded at a later time if an audio recording occurs and is available. Note: The order of items discussed on this agenda is subject to change. 1) WELCOME AND CALL TO ORDER 2) WORK MEETING A.
