- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah, will hold a Work Session meeting in person at the Commission Office, Conference Room #365, 2380 Washington Blvd. Ste. 360, Ogden, UT from 12:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Monday, August 17, 2026 THIS IS A PUBLIC MEETING, NOT A PUBLIC HEARING. NO PUBLIC COMMENTS WILL BE TAKEN The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: 1. Discussion and/or action for approval of minutes for the Commission Work Session held on August 3, 2026 2. Legislative Update 3. Discuss Interlocal Agreement on 2550 South 4. Closed Session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property 5. Discuss Black Pine Pioneering Agreement 6. Discuss proposed general plan amendment, as recommended by the Planning Commission, to update the plan's future land use map between 5100 West and the Weber River and south of the Union Pacific railroad, and to provide other updates supportive of recent legislative decisions 7. Discuss a contract language modification of the Westbridge Meadows development agreement to change ownership provisions 8.
