- The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, beginning at 6:30 pm to discuss: 1) A boundary adjustment request from Derek Carlsen, of 520 S 600 E., and 2) A kennel conditional use permit request from Lynda Fisher, of 494 River Heights Blvd. The hearings will be held in the River Heights City Building located at 520 South 500 East. Written comment, addressed to Commissioner Chair Keenan Ryan and will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
