The meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District will be held at the District Office, 1800 West 4700 South, on August 20, 2026 at 2:00 pm.

3. Approval of Common Consent Items: Minutes for Board meeting held on July 21, 2026, calendar and upcoming events, trustees expense report, accounts payable report, electronic fund transfers report
4. Administrative Matters
a. Jeff Bean - Recognition for 5 years of service
b. Spencer Martin - Recognition for 5 years of service
c. Consider a request for policy exception - Motion Townhomes
d. Consider as surplus property - 2 well site properties - White Well #1, White Well #2
5. Engineering and Development Matters
a. Consider closing out the 2025 CIPP Project
b. Consider vacating an easement - Westbrook Elementary
c. Consider awarding the Meadowbrook Sewer Trunkline Replacement Project and authorizing the General Manager to enter the District into contract for the project
6. Risk & Asset Management Matters
a. Consider closing out the Vehicle Storage Building Project
7. Discussion and Reports
a. General Manager - Discuss changing September Board Meeting date and Strategic Planning Meeting date to September 24th, October Board Meeting to October 27th
b. Director of Engineering/Development - Project and development updates
c. Director of Finance/Information - July financials, EUM, CPI update
d. Director of Operations/Maintenance - July water reports
e. Director of Risk/Asset Management - July customer water usage reports
f. Trustees - Any updates, discussion, or reports
