NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees, Cedar Valley Water Conservancy, State of Utah, will hear a presentation that will include a summary of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) impact findings, along with an overview of the adaptive management, monitoring, and mitigation programs that have been developed as part of the environmental review process by Formation Environmental on Wednesday, the 19th day of August 2026, at the hour of 11:00 A.M. at Cedar Valley Water Conservancy, 710 S Westview Dr. Cedar City, UT.
No business or Water Conservancy matters will take place during the presentation
