7:10 P.M. PUBLIC HEARING
- To receive public comments concerning a zone amendment to the Fillmore City Municipal Code to include parcels 7032-6, 7032-5, and 7032-4 into the expansion area of the annexation map.
7:15 P.M. BUSINESS
- To approve, modify, or deny a recommendation to the Fillmore City Council for a zone amendment to the Fillmore City Municipal Code to include parcels 7032-6, 7032-5, and 7032-4 into the expansion area of the annexation map.
7:20 P.M. DISCUSSION
- Discussion regarding text amendments to Title 10 Land Use Regulations affecting food truck use according to UCA ยง 11-56.
- Discussion regarding a review of the code enforcement policy and recommend appropriate & proportionate penalties.
