Consent Agenda Mayor Hales presenting. 1. Consider confirmation of the Mayor's appointment of Cassidy Lewis to the Arts Advisory Board for a term from August 2026 through August 2029. 2. Consider confirmation of the Mayor's appointment of Kate Wolsey to the Arts Advisory Board for a term from August 2026 through August 2029. 3. Consider confirmation of the Mayor's appointment of Andy Hulka to the Planning Commission for a term from August 2026 through January 2028. Public Hearing Staff, sponsor presentations and public comment will be given prior to Council action on the following matter. 1. Consider an ordinance amending and renumbering Sections 17.76.030, 17.76.050, 17.76.060, 17.76.070, 17.76.080, 17.76.090, 17.76.100, 17.76.110, 17.76.120, 17.76.130, 17.76.140, 17.76.150, 17.76.160, 17.76.165, 17.76.170, 17.76.180, 17.76.190 and enacting a new Section 17.76.040 of the Murray City Municipal Code related to new land uses and classification requests. Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Council Member will be on speaker phone. The speaker phone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.

Other Information

The Council meets the first and third Tuesday of each month. An annual meeting schedule is adopted and published in a newspaper of general circulation at the beginning of the year. Meeting agendas are also published on the City's website, as are approved
