2. Consider confirmation of the Mayor's appointment of Kate Wolsey to the Arts Advisory Board for a term from August 2026 through August 2029.
3. Consider confirmation of the Mayor's appointment of Andy Hulka to the Planning Commission for a term from August 2026 through January 2028.

Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Council Member will be on speaker phone. The speaker phone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
