Welcome a. Pledge of Allegiance b. Roll Call c. Announcements d. Youth Council Mayor, Mayor Pro Temp and City Manager Introductions 2. City Hall Tour-Mayor Palmer 3. Dinner 4. Get to Know You Game 5. Charter Summary 6. Calendar of Events Review 7. Get to Know You Game 8. Discuss Theme for the Year and Hoodie Design 9. Leadership Game SATURDAY 9:00 AM 1. Welcome a. Pledge of Allegiance b. Roll Call 2. Get to Know You Game 3. Breakfast 4. Themes Review 5. Legacy Project Training by Councilmember Terrah Anderson 6. Vote on Theme 7. Leadership Game 8. T-Shirt Design & Lunch 9. Year Planning 10. Adjournment **Note: The public is welcome to attend all Youth Council meetings. If you represent a scout or youth group interested in attending, you may wish to contact Angie at anhansen@herriman.gov or 801-446-5323 to make sure we plan for adequate space for our large youth council as well as your group and to verify the topics will fulfill any requirements you may wish to complete.
