8.1 PRESENTATION: PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX IMPACT SCHEDULE (REVISED JUNE 2026)
The Property Tax Impact Schedule will be presented and made available to the public. A public hearing was held on August 4, 2026, to hear public comments on the proposed tax increase.
9. NEW BUSINESS
9.1 MOTION/RESOLUTION 26-11: RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 BUDGET AND SETTING THE CERTIFIED TAX RATE
Final discussion and adoption of the Fiscal Year 26-27 Final Budget and Setting the Certified Tax Rate
9.2 DISCUSSION/MOTION: APPROVAL OF THE USER AGREEMENT WITH WEBER COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES AT T.H.BELL
User agreement with the School District for use of the gym at T.H. Bell for Washington Terrace Basketball Programs.
9.3 DISCUSSION/MOTION: APPROVAL OF FUNDING AND AGREEMENT WITH ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER FOR THE STREETLIGHT CONVERSION PROJECT
Approval of funding to convert existing streetlight into LED fixtures and enter into agreement with RMP.
9.4 PRESENTATION: ANIMAL CONTROL QUARTERLY REPORT
9.5 PRESENTATION: FIRE DEPARTMENT QUARTERLY REPORT
9.6 PRESENTATION: SHERIFF OFFICE QUARTERLY REPORT
9.7 MOTION/RESOLUTION 26-12: RESOLUTION APPROVING THE WASTE TRANSFER AND DISPOSAL AGREEMENT WITH WASTE MANAGEMENT OF UTAH, INC
Approving the agreement with Waste Management. for Disposal Transfer Services
