a. Audit Committee Appointment. Proposed Resolution 2026-10 appointing Jeremy Peterson to the Ogden City Audit Committee. (Adopt resolution)
b. Board of Health Appointment. Appointment of Jeremy Peterson to the Weber-Morgan Board of Health. (Adopt appointment)
5. Reports from Planning Commission:
a. Proposed O-1 (Open Space) Zone Text Amendments. Proposed Ordinance 2026-16 amending zoning regulations to revise building setback and fence height standards in the O-1 (Open Space) zone. (Accept public input; adopt/not adopt ordinance - roll call vote)
6. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any issue or topic. To ensure that the meeting is managed in an orderly and efficient manner, public comments will be limited to three minutes or less per person, as determined by the Council Chair. Participants are to state their names for the record.
