- The Hyrum City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing Thursday, September 10th, 2026 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 60 West Main, Hyrum, Utah to receive public comment on amendments to Title 17 (the Zoning Ordinance) and Title 16 (the Subdivision Ordinance) of the Hyrum City Municipal Code as follows: 1. Repeal Chapter 17.60 Planned Unit Development; 2. Amend Section 17.04.070 Definitions to remove Planned Unit Development and amend Inner block development definition; 3. Amend Section 17.28.005 Purpose to remove Planned Unit Development; 4. Amend Section 17.28.010 Use Regulations to remove Planned Unit Development as a Permitted Use; 5. Amend Section 17.30.010 Use Regulations to remove Planned Unit Development as a Permitted Use; 6. Amend Section 16.04.010 Definitions to remove Planned Unit Development; 7. Amend Section 16.06.030.B. Exemptions to remove Planned Unit Development; and 8. Amend Section 16.10.010 Concept Plan to remove Planned Unit Development.
