Description/Agenda: HONEYVILLE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Updating the Resolution for Collection of Delinquent Water Accounts NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held during the Honeyville City Council on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter in the Honeyville City Hall located at 2635 W. 6980 N. Honeyville, UT The purpose of this hearing is to take public comment on the Updated Resolution for Collection of Delinquent Water Accounts which addresses a due date, updated late fees along with shut-off and reconnection fees for delinquent accounts. This Public Meeting will be held IN-PERSON at Honeyville City Hall.
