Council (ICC), International Wildland-Urban Interface Code (IWUIC) book. FCMC code § 9.1.1
7:15 P.M. BUSINESS
- To approve, modify, or deny a recommendation to the Fillmore City Council for the adoption of the International
Wildland-Urban Interface Code (IWUIC) Book.
7:20 P.M. DISCUSSION
Discussion regarding text amendments to Title 10 Land Use Regulations affecting food truck use according to UCA § 11-56.
Discussion regarding a review of the code enforcement policy and recommend appropriate & proportionate penalties.
