Other Information
A quorum was not established on the originally planned meeting date on Sept. 11, 2026 at the Navajo Mountain Chapter Building w-Teleconference, so this meeting has been rescheduled to Oct. 07, 2026.
Four members of the committee was present and the meeting agenda was discussed and the committee heard the reports, presentations, and proposals. The committee conducted preliminary votes on the business items, which is planned to be ratified at the Oct. 07, 2026 meeting with a full quorum.
