ORANGEVILLE CITY COUNCIL THURSDAY, AUGUST 13, 2026 REGULAR MEETING 7:00 P.M. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Orangeville City will hold a regular City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. on August 13, 2026 at City Hall, 25 North Main, Orangeville, Utah, 84537, to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth. REGULAR SESSION 7:00 P.M. Agenda will be as follows: 1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell 2. Prayer 3. Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Shaun Bell 4. Approve/Deny- Bills and Warrants 5. Approve/Deny - July 9, 2026 Public Hearing Minutes 6. Approve/Deny- July 9, 2026 Regular Session Minutes. 7. Public Comments (3 min) 8. Approve/Deny- Public Entity Resolution- Authorize Christine Kurta and Jessica Allen TO access and/or Transact with PTIF accounts. 9. Maeleen Snow- Animal Control Concerns 10. Approve/Deny - A PROCLAMATION BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF ORANGEVILLE CITY, UTAH PROCLAIMING SEPTEMBER 2026 TO BE SUICIDE PREVENTION AND AWARENESS MONTH 11. Approve/Deny- MOU with Emery County and UHP for Speed Limit Signs. 12. Mike Madsen - Water lease Extension- Approve/Deny 13. Ratify- AC repairs- Snow Heating and Air replace motor in AC/Furnace 14. Ratify- Cameras for the new Dumpster- Installed by Emery County 15. Staff/Council/Mayor Report 16. Adjourn CLOSED SESSION Possible closed session for the purpose to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; to discuss strategy on collective bargaining; to discuss strategy on pending or reasonably imminent litigation; to discuss the purchase, exchange, sale, or lease of real property, including a water right or water shares or to discuss financial implications of certain development agreements or proposals; to discuss the sale of real property under certain conditions; to discuss the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems; or to discuss investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal conduct as provided in Utah Code Ann. § 52-4-205.
