- SUMMARY OF ADOPTION OF RICHFIELD CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2026-7 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 11, 2026 the Mayor and City Council of Richfield adopted Ordinance 2026-7 amending official zoning map of Richfield City by rezoning approximately two acres of property identified as Parcel 1-2-109 and a portion of parcel 1-2-92 at approximately 600 East and 1170 North from RR-1 [Rural Residential] to R1-10 [Single Family Residential]. The ordinance shall become effective upon posting this summary at www.pmn.utah.gov and www.richfieldut.gov this 12th day of August, 2026. /s/ David Anderson Deputy City Recorder
