- SUMMARY OF ADOPTION OF RICHFIELD CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2026-6 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 11, 2026 the Mayor and City Council of Richfield adopted Ordinance 2026-6 amending official zoning map of Richfield City by rezoning property identified as parcel 1-37-64 at 55 E 100 north from MD [manufacturing and distributing] to RM-11 [Multifamily Residential]. The ordinance shall become effective upon posting this summary at www.pmn.utah.gov and www.richfieldut.gov this 12th day of August, 2026. /s/ David Anderson Deputy City Recorder
