NOTICE OF AGENDA City Council Wellington City Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular City Council Meeting on Wednesday, Aug 12, 2026, at Wellington City Office, located at 102 N 100 W. The meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm as a regular meeting, and the agenda shall be as follows: Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call, and Approval of Previous City Council minutes Public Comment Period Pioneer Days Report- Ashley Yakovich (vote on remaining funds/Friends continuing) Kory Moosman (poss purchase of property by Knight Ideal pond) Ryan Madsen Business License approved by P & Z Suicide Proclamation Garbage Can Rates City Fees to approve Shut off/Turn On Request, Public Works work order, and Secondary work order forms to be approved (box added) Expense/Revenue Report Emergency items UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Police Department officer and budget Councilmember Reports Possible Closed Session to Discuss the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual Adjourn
