- SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL SYNOPSIS OF SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE 42 of 2026 The Salt Lake City Council, at its July 14, 2026, meeting, approved a corrected ordinance adopting the proposed rate of tax levy, including the levy for the Library Fund for Fiscal Year 2026-27. Following the adoption of Ordinance 28 of 2026 on June 16, 2026, a technical error was discovered and corrected to align with the approved interim budget. Rates were updated to correct the technical error prior to the statutory deadline of June 22, 2026. For more information visit tinyurl.com/SLCFY26.
