PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a Weber County Governmental Records Access Management Act Appeals Board Hearing is scheduled for Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Weber County Commission Conference Room, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Suite 360, Ogden, Utah 84401 The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: 1. Hearing on an Appeal of Denial of the GRAMA Request of Susan Newey by the Chief Administrative Officer Designee of Weber County regarding records related to an internal affairs investigation conducted by the Weber County Sheriff's Office and employee personnel records. Appellant: Susan Newey 2. Approval of minutes for the January 29, 2026 Hearing with Randy Goodell 3. Approval of minutes for the March 17, 2026 Hearing with April Hollingsworth 4.
