Cleveland Town Council Meeting August 13, 2026 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland, UT 84518 Call to Order: Opening Flag Ceremony Minutes: Approve all June Meeting Minutes Public Comment: This section is Limited to 10 minutes Total. This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions, or issues that are not on the agenda. Each person is limited to 3 minutes! *PLEASE STATE YOUR NAME AND PLACE OF RESIDENCE. *PLEASE LIMIT YOUR COMMENTS TO THREE MINUTES. State Law prohibits the council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. In this form of government, all town administrative personnel are under the direction of the mayor, not the council. Please discuss any concerns you may have regarding administrative staff with the mayor. Action Agenda: 1. Discuss/Approve/Deny Proclaim September to be Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month. 2. Discuss/Accept/Deny Ann Murdoch and residents on 2nd S past 300 E would like to speak would like to speak about the curb & gutter that was recently surveyed for their street. 3. Discuss/Approve/Deny email from Ashley Pruitt request for moratorium on data and AI centers. 4. Discuss/Approve/Deny sidewalk projects for CVSSD. 5. Discuss/Approve/Deny non-compliant ordinance and water issues. 6. Discuss Cleveland Days and set 2027 dates. 7. Discuss/Approve/Deny having a council member attend the ULCT conference Oct 27-28 in Salt Lake City, possible scholarship available. 7. Approve bills and city financials for payment. 8. Council Reports. 9. Adjourn Meeting. If there is any portion of the meeting that is closed to the public, the reason must clearly be stated and a roll call vote taken. The next regular Council Meeting will be held on September 10, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
