PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Council of Fillmore, Utah, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 6:40 p.m. at the Fillmore City council chambers located at 75 West Center Street in Fillmore, to consider opening and amending the Fillmore City 2026-2027 fiscal year general & sewer fund budgets to account for and appropriate $500,000 in the general fund surplus funding to account for additional expenses incurred during and after the Widemouth 2 Fire, and $600,000 in the sewer fund surplus funding to account for additional expenses incurred for engineering and design services related to the sewer lagoon expansion project. The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed budget amendments. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and make comments.
