ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION MEETING

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard Active Transportation Commission will hold a regularly scheduled Active Transportation Commission meeting on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 6:00 PM, in the HBA conference room on the second floor of the Building, 707 E Mill Rd., Vineyard, UT.

3. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Time dedicated for public comment. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes. No actions may be taken by the ATC due to the need for proper public noticing. Public comments can be submitted ahead of time to mailto:planning@vineyardutah.gov'> planning@vineyardutah.gov.
4. WORK SESSION - 2026 Bike Month Review
4.2. Volunteering Opportunities - ATC involvement and Community Presence The Commission will discuss ways members can become more involved in City events, volunteer opportunities, and community outreach efforts. The goal is to
strengthen the Commission's presence and promote walking, biking, and other active transportation options throughout the City.
4.3. Potential Local Active Transportation Projects
The Commission will identify and discuss potential local projects or initiatives that could improve active transportation infrastructure, encourage greater use of existing facilities, and increase public awareness of Vineyard's active transportation network.
4.4. ARCH Grant Project Discussion and Prioritization
The Commission will review potential project ideas for the upcoming ARCH Grant application and discuss which project would provide the greatest community benefit and best support the goals of the grant program.
