Public Hearing on the FY 2027 Property Tax Increase
Call to order and Roll Call
The Town of Castle Valley will consider an increase to its property tax rate from .000864 to .001193 to
generate an additional $75,000. The following information is intended to provide decision makers and the
public with an explanation of how the Town's operations would be affected if the proposed property tax
increase is adopted.
