- CLARKSTON TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Planning Commission will hold a meeting on the 13th day of August 2026 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 24 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Approve minutes from July 9, 2026. 2. Permits/Business Licenses - Business Licenses: - Outstanding Building/Zoning Permits: 3. Business - William Taylor - Dividing a Lot; Minor Subdivision Question - Code Changes - ADU Discussion - Discussion on Center Street Road Improvement - Hammon Property Access - Commissioner Training / Q&A 4. Public Comment 5. Adjourn In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Deputy Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
