- FRUITLAND SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT REGULAR BOARD MEETING AGENDA Thursday, August 13, 2026 - 10:00 A.M. Fruitland Special Service District Office 1. Call Meeting to Order 2. Public Comment 3. Review and Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes Consideration and possible action. 4. Jones & DeMille Engineering - District Engineer Update Upper Mill Hollow Treatment Facility project; DDW plan approval/status; construction schedule; contractor coordination; and other engineering matters. 5. Water Rights Update - Russ Young Water Rights Update regarding recorded deed transferring the 72.24 acre-feet water right interest to Fruitland Special Service District; consideration and possible action regarding payment to seller. 6. Operator Report Monthly operations overview; system repairs and maintenance; Upper Mill Hollow Spring temporary treatment/chlorination; sampling, monitoring, meter readings, and other operational matters. 7. Clerk / Administrative Director Report Consideration and possible action to declare certain District-owned property surplus and authorize public sale or lawful disposal, including an older non-operational lawn mower, District truck requiring substantial repairs, and 300-gallon fuel tank; administrative update as needed. 8. Legal Counsel Report Update regarding District legal matters, water rights matters, and other legal issues. 9. Financial Report Review and approval of monthly financial reports and claims/payables. 10. Board Member Reports / Other District Business 11. Consideration and Possible Action to Adjourn NOTICE: The Board may vote to enter into a closed meeting for any purpose permitted by the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, Utah Code ยง 52-4-205, provided that the meeting is properly closed in accordance with Utah law. No final action will be taken in a closed meeting.
