Updating the map to show the correct sizes of the water lines and discussing the issues that could present in future planning. Diana Udy - Planning & Zoning *Update on the Ordinance Book. Should have it ready to share with board members by next week. *Interactive zoning map Jarrie Buxton - Parks *Ready to start the process of planning the new park. Would like to set up a meeting to discuss it. Brent Berry - Roads *Update on the roads West of the Highway. TJ Nielsen - Fire Dept. *Update on ambulance grants/plans. Wendi Barker - Mayor (not present) Public Comment Adjourn meeting
