4:05 PUBLIC COMMENTS - Comments will be limited to two minutes per individual as defined by the Open Space Trust fund by laws. If an individual is unable to attend the meeting via Webex, they may email their comments to Jeniffer Goodman at jgoodman@saltlakecounty.gov by 12:00 pm the day of the meeting to have those comments distributed to the board and read into the record at the appropriate time.
