NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please be advised that the City of North Salt Lake Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Council Chambers located at 10 East Center Street. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on the following:
1. Proposed amendments to the City Code, Title 10, Chapter 23 (Town Center Urban Design Standards), Chapter 19 (Specific Use Standards), Chapter 1, Section 39 Definitions and adoption of Town Center Zone.
The proposed amendments to the City Code of North Salt Lake are the implementation of the City's General Plan and Town Center Master Plan and provide regulations for redevelopment of the City's designated town center. Additional information, along with the full text of the amendments and subdistrict map may be viewed on the City's website at:
