Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Price City, Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 185 East Main, Price, Utah, at 05:30 PM on 08/12/2026. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs.

a. PRESENTATION/MARK HOLYOAK. Mark Holyoak, CEO of Castleview Hospital will be in attendance to talk about the 2025 Community Impact report overview of the Behavioral Health unit.
b. SPONSORSHIP/DONATION REQUEST/SOUTHEASTERN UTAH JR. HIGH RODEO CLUB. McKall Wear, team member of Southeastern Utah Jr. High & 5th & under Rodeo Club will be in attendance to request a sponsorship/donation for the event that will take place on August 28th & 29th, 2026 at the Carbon County Fairgrounds.
c. SPONSORSHIP/DONATION REQUEST/USARA. Mersades Morgan, USARA Program Manager will be in attendance to request a $500 sponsorship/donation for the Price 6th annual USARA Recovery Day event to be held on September 4, 2026 at the Price City Peace Gardens.
d. DONATION. Consideration and possible approval of the $1,483.64 donation of the proceeds from the American 250 Gala to the American Legion Post 3.
e. FEE WAIVER REQUEST/PAM BOYD/UNITED WAY OF EASTERN UTAH. Pam Boyd, United Way of Eastern Utah Director will be in attendance to request a fee waiver for use of Conference Room 106 on August 18th & September 8th, 2026 for Day of Caring Planning Committee meetings.
f. FEE WAIVER REQUEST/MCKENNA TERRY/C.A.R.E. COALITION. McKenna Terry, C.A.R.E. Coalition Coordinator will be in attendance to request a fee waiver for use of a Washington Park on September 21, 2026 for CARE Family Field Day.
g. RESOLUTION NO.2026-20. Consideration and possible approval of a Resolution Adopting a Privacy Policy Statement for Personally Identifiable Information. (updated policy statement)
h. SELECTIVE SALARY ADJUSTMENT. Consideration and possible approval of a Selective Salary Adjustment for Brandon Ratcliffe.
i. PROJECT 9C-2025 SPRING WATER TRANSMISSION LINE REPLACEMENT SEGMENTS A & B- Consideration and possible approval to award the project to Condie Construction Company for $3,753,010.00. Other bids received: Allred Consruction $4,937,740.47; BHI $5,760,049.00; TSJ $6,826,101.39; WW Clyde $7,168,685.00; Beck $9,155,850.00.
