- August 7, 2026 Public Notice of PUBLIC HEARING Consideration of a Conditional Use for Parcel #22-0753 at 1527 E Little Sweden Rd.in Daniel, UT The Town of Daniel is giving notice that it will hold a public hearing seeking public comment at the Daniel Planning Commission meeting on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 7 PM regarding a Conditional Use for Parcel #22-0753 at 1527 E Little Sweden Rd. for an accessory structure that exceeds 1500sq. ft. The hearing will be held at the Wasatch County Services Building, 55 South 500 East, Conference Room B, Heber City, UT, during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. This is an open meeting in which you will have the opportunity to voice concerns or ask questions about the proposal. This notice has been sent to property owners within 500' of the subject property. Please share this notice with any other property owners who may be interested. If you cannot attend the meeting but would still like your comments to be included as part of the record of the hearing, please send your written comments by email to clerk@danielutah.gov or mail them to the Daniel Town office, 3500 S Hwy 40, #2, Daniel, UT 84032.
