Agenda FOR THE MEETING OF THE WEBER COUNTY TAX REVIEW COMMITTEE being held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Weber County Commission Conference Room #359 (Light Room), 2380 Washington Boulevard, Suite 360, Ogden, Utah. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Consent- 1. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on May 13, 2026. B. Action- 1. Open and Public Meetings Training. Presenter: Courtlan Erickson 2. Tax Review Training. Presenter: Courtlan Erickson 3. Discussion on changes to Primary Residential Exemption statute. Presenter: Jared Preisler 4. Discussion on whether the Tax Review Committee has the authority to hear or review cases involving alleged Primary Residential Exemption errors or disputed eligibility. Presenter: Jared Preisler B. Other- Next meeting scheduled September 9, 2026. C.
