To receive public comments regarding Hyrum City's Storm Water Management Plan. SCHEDULED DELEGATIONS A. B. C. Misti Hamaker, Rezone R-2 to C-2 - Seeking recommendation from the Planning Commission to the City Council to rezone from Residential Zone R-2 to Commercial Zone C-2 located at 400 West Main Street. Timothy Schmidt, Schmidt Planned Unit Development - Consideration and approval of a concept plan for a 4 Lot single family dwelling planned unit development located at 182 North 600 East. Shaun Bushman, Connect Transit - To provide an update and to discuss the progress of Connect Transit in Cache Valley. INTRODUCTION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES A. B. Resolution 26-23 - A resolution setting sewer service rates. Ordinance 26-14 - An Ordinance amending Section 13.04.390 Extension of Water Mains Outside City Limits of Title 13 of the Hyrum City Municipal Code to further prohibit culinary water extensions or connections outside city limits. OTHER BUSINESS 1Hyrum City City Council Meeting Agenda July 16, 2026 A. Consideration and award of bid for East Park Sidewalk. B. Consideration and appointment of a full time Hyrum City Fire Chief. C. Budget report. D. Mayor and City Council reports. 13. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Council Member will be on speakerphone.
