- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Froerer B. Pledge of Allegiance- C. Invocation/Moment of Silence- Tiffany Snider D. Commissioner Comments- E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Recognition- Recognition of the Weber County Economic Development Department for successful Nuclear Energy Symposium- Presenter: Commissioner Froerer G. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $49,339.61. 2. Request for approval of warrants #108819-108880 and 497753-497835 in the amount of $737,604.27. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of ACH payment to Zion's Bank in the amount of $243,549.03. 5. Request for approval of the minutes for the meeting held on August 4, 2026. 6. Request for approval of the second amendment to Lester Park Stormwater and Accessibility Improvements Agreement. 7. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Rocky Mountain Barrel Racing Association to hold the Horsepower Arena Brawl at the Golden Spike Event Center. 8. Request for approval of a Retirement Agreement by and between Weber County and Randall Mueller. 9. Request for approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement by and between Weber County and Fire Service Providers- Weber Fire District, Ogden City, Roy City, Riverdale City, South Ogden City and North View Fire District to provide Heavy Rescue Services throughout Weber County in a coordinated and efficient system. H. Action Items- 1. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Asphalt Construction & Excavating Company for the construction of drainage improvements and repaving at the intersection of 2550 North and Rulon White Boulevard. Presenter: Ashley Thoman 2. Request for approval of a Contract language modification of the Westbridge Meadows development agreement to change ownership provisions. Presenter: Charlie Ewert 3. Request for approval of a resolution of the county commissioners of Weber County establishing the 2027 tax year as the trigger year for certain parcels within the West Weber Project Area. Presenter: Stephanie Russell I. Public Hearing 1. Request for a motion to adjourn public meeting and convene a public hearing. 2. Public hearing to take input on the compensation increases of certain executive county officers. Presenter: Steffani Ebert 3. Public Comments- (Please limit comments to 3 minutes)- 4. Request for a motion to adjourn public hearing and reconvene public meeting. 5. Action on public hearing. I2- Request for approval of compensation increases of certain executive county officers. J.
