The City Council of the City of West Jordan, Utah, adopted Ordinance No. 26-29 during the meeting held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026: 'an ordinance for approximately 1.77 - 1.78 acres of properties located at 1790 West Sugar Factory Road, Identified as the Sugar Factory Road on the Creek Townhomes; and Approval of a Development Agreement for Said Development, Subject to the Approval of a Zoning Map Amendment (Rezone) and any Other Conditions Precedent.' The City Council of the City of West Jordan, Utah, adopted Ordinance No. 26-30 during the meeting held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026: 'an ordinance for approximately 1.77 - 1.78 acres of properties located at 1790 West Sugar Factory Road, Identified as the Sugar Factory Road on the Creek Townhomes; and Amending the Zoning Map for the Sugar Factory on the Creek Townhomes.' The City Council of the City of West Jordan, Utah, adopted Ordinance No. 26-37 during the meeting held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026: 'an ordinance amending the 2009 West Jordan City Code; amending Section 13-13-1 through 13-13-10 Inclusive and Adding a Definition in Section 13-2-3 for 'Landscape Maintenance'.' (Landscape Maintenance Requirements and Regulations) The City Council of the City of West Jordan, Utah, adopted Ordinance No. 26-40 during the meeting held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026: 'an ordinance amending the 2009 West Jordan City Code; (Fireworks Sales and Firework Show Permits); Title 4, Chapter 2, Article A, and Title 6, Chapter 2.' The City Council of the City of West Jordan, Utah, adopted Ordinance No. 26-41 during the meeting held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026: 'an ordinance amending the 2009 West Jordan City Code; (Temporary Merchants); Title 4, Chapter 2, Article E.'
