Notice is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Honeyville City Council will be held on Wednesday August 12, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in Honeyville City Hall.
Times listed are approximate. The City Council reserves the right to move the order of the agenda for the convenience of the general public and the Council. If you have an interest in any topic on the regular agenda, please be in attendance at 7:00 p.m.

Public Hearing - Rogers Petition and Request for Disconnection from Honeyville City:
The City Council will receive evidence and allow for public comment during this hearing. However, they will not necessarily vote during this hearing. The Council may deliberate and make its decision at a later duly noticed public meeting within the statutory deadline of 45 days under Utah Code ยง 10-2-502.5.

- Review Statutory Requirements
- Summarize City Staff analysis on viability, justice and equity, county services and municipal impacts.
- Petitioner Presentation/Vince Rogers or Legal Counsel:
- Explanation of request for Disconnection.
- State Statutory and Equitable Factors.
- Statement from Box Elder County if applicable:
- Comments from Fire, EMS, Utility, Road, Irrigation or other Affected Providers: State Name, Agency or Provider you are representing prior to making your comments.
- Public Comment: State Name & Address along with Relationship to the Property or City prior to making your comment. Please limit your comments to Specific Facts not just general support or opposition.
