1. Consent Items.
a. Minutes of July 14, 2026
2. Interlocal Agreements with Various Taxing Entities. Discussion and possible action to approve a Resolution that approves Interlocal Cooperation Agreements with various Taxing Entities (Weber County, Weber County School District & North View Fire District) who would remit to the Agency property tax increment generated within the Rise Community Reinvestment Property Area for public infrastructure and other uses that directly benefit the Project Area, Resolution 2026-F(RDA). Public Notice is hereby given that the Redevelopment Agency of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, commencing within the City Council meeting at 6:00 PM.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for these meetings should call the Pleasant View City Office at 801-782-8529, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
The City Council at its discretion may change the order and times of the agenda items.
