Description/Agenda: Call to Order .Pledge of Allegiance .Roll Call .Public Comments .Contracts .Court House Land Sale Agreement, Nathan Harris This is the agreement with the state for the purchase of the land and building of the Tooele County Courthouse. The current lease agreement is ending soon, and the state desires to purchase the land and the building from Tooele County. The County will continue to receive benefits for years in the future and the state will continue to provide the courthouse for the County.
