- PLANNING DIVISION APPEALS HEARING AGENDA Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 5:00 PM This meeting will be held online and will not have an anchor location at the City & County Building. The Appeals Hearing Officer, Staff, and Appellant will join remotely. Note: The order of agenda items may be changed at the Hearing Officer's discretion. AGENDA A public hearing will NOT be held for the following item: 1. Appeal of a Civil Enforcement Case at Approximately 1200 S 2100 E - Tupakk and Stephanie Renteria, the property owners, are appealing a Notice and Order issued by Civil Enforcement for the above-listed property. The Notice and Order alleges that the property is in violation of Section 9.16.040 regarding maintenance of weeds. The subject property is located in the R-1/7,000 (Single-Family Residential) District and within Council District 6, represented by Dan Dugan.
