- 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER. Planning and Zoning Chairman Klansey Bateman called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL Chairman Klansey Bateman (phone) Commissioner Michael Connin Commissioner Bill Ratliff City Council Liaison Radine Murphy City Clerk /Recorder Liliana Soriano EXCUSED: Planning and Zoning Commissioner Randy Croasmun, Planning and Zoning Vice Chairman Vrayen Soriano. 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. Pledge of Allegiance was led by Planning & Zoning Commissioner Bill Ratliff. 4. APPROVE OR DISAPPROVE PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING MINUTES OF MAY 27TH, 2026 DECISION. Motion made by Planning and Zoning Commissioner Michael Connin, seconded by Planning and Zoning Chairman Klansey Bateman, to approve Planning and Zoning meeting minutes of May 27th, 2026. All in favor, aye, motion passed. 5. APPROVE OR DISAPPROVE BUSINESS LICENSE APPLICATION. DECISION. A) CLIP'N IT 100 LLC- EDGAR T VILLA Motion made by Planning and Zoning Chairman Klansey Bateman, seconded by Planning and Zoning Commissioner Michael Connin, to approve the business application for Clip'n it 100 LLC- Edgar T Villa. All in favor, aye, motion passed. 6. CHAIRPERSON KLANSEY BATEMAN UPDATES AND PENDING MATTERS AND MATTERS RELATED THERETO. No updates currently. 7. VICE CHAIRPERSON VRAYEN SORIANO UPDATES AND PENDING MATTERS AND MATTERS RELATED THERETO. Not present. 8. CITY LIAISON RADINE MURPHY UPDATES AND PENDING MATTERS AND MATTERS RELATED THERETO. No update at this time. 9. COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE. No Comments. 10. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. None. 11. NEW BUSINESS. None. 12. NEXT SCHEDULED PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING: TO BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 15th, 2026, AT 5:30 P.M. Motion made by Planning and Zoning Commissioner Michael Connin, seconded by Planning and Zoning Chairman Klansey Bateman, to schedule the next planning and zoning meeting on July 15th, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. All in favor, aye, motion passed. 13. ADJOURNMENT. Motion made by Planning and Zoning Chairman Klansey Bateman, seconded by Planning and Zoning Commissioner Michael Connin, to adjourn the meeting at 5:39 p.m. All in favor, aye, motion passed.
