Description/Agenda: Public Hearing Notice The Gunnison Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Gunnison City Hall, located at 38 West Center Street. The purpose of the hearing is to gather public input on regulations pertaining to home-based businesses (aka. Home Occupations). It is proposed that the city have three classes of home occupations: Low-impact, moderate impact, and not-permitted. Residents are encouraged to attend and provide feedback. For questions or more information, please contact Dennis Marker, City Administrator, at (435) 528-7969 during regular business hours. *In compliance with ADA, people needing auxiliary communicative aid & accommodation for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours' notice.
