Recommendation from the Planning Commission regarding application for zone change for property located at 2961 S. 1550 W., Residential (R2) to Agriculture (A1). (10 min.) 3. Recommendation from the Planning Commission regarding application for zone change for property located at 2207 W. 1700 S., Agricultural (A-1) to Light Commercial (LC). (10 min.) d.
